23.01.2022 Clarification of School Arrangements for Term 3 The Victorian Government announced new measures across metropolitan Melbourne and the Mitchell Shire to reduce the spread of COVID-19. These announcements DO NOT apply to schools in regional and rural Victoria, other than those in the Mitchell Shire. ... Shepparton East Primary School will resume on Monday 13th July, still abiding by the restrictions that were implemented upon returning to school in Term 2. 23.01.2022 Along with the many generous local business sponsorships that we have received we have secured an extremely generous donation (with naming rights) from Mr Peter Copulos on behalf of the Copulos Foundation. 20.01.2022 The population of Shepparton East is rapidly growing. Our local primary school has doubled enrolments over the last 6 years and there are currently no undercover facilities for the primary school, sporting groups, Fire Brigade or community to use. With our climate reaching extremes in both Summer and Winter, our project is the development of an undercover basketball shelter which will become a hub for community events, a meeting place for locals, a venue for ANZAC and Remembr...ance Day ceremonies and a training site for the Shepparton East Fire Brigade. Local sporting teams train using the school's basketball court facilities and this cover will allow them to train regardless of weather. Our school will also use the space for various programs as well as for assemblies, sporting programs, larger scale outdoors events and the Outside of School Hours Care Program. 13.01.2022 We were very fortunate to receive a voucher to Collins Booksellers Shepparton from the Tatura 200 Charity Bike Ride and Walk. This was so valuable to our school and allowed us to purchase some fantastic books for our library. Thanks to the staff at Collins for their expert advice, and to the Tat 200 for this opportunity. We are very thankful.

11.01.2022 We are incredibly fortunate to have such a supportive and fun school community. Our Colour Run today was an absolute blast! Thanks to the support of our students, families and community we now have $6000 toward our basketball court shelter. A big thank you to Miss Heard for her amazing organisation and to the Shepparton East CFA for hosing down our participants.

07.01.2022 With our sporting pavilion fundraising being well underway, we are offering families the opportunity for their name to go down in history at Shepparton East Primary School. Mrs Dow has been busily painting the SEPS Mural on the side of the Multi-Purpose Room which will be adjacent to the new sporting pavilion once constructed. As a part of the mural, families are able to purchase leaves on the trees and have their names hand painted onto them. This will then be covered in a ...clear coat and become a permanent display of your support for our school.
