10.01.2022 Homemade Spring Rolls . A great way to get the kids to eat veggies is in a delicious Chicken and Vegetable Spring Roll. I normally just flavour with a little sweet chilli sauce however I didn't have any so I went to my Flavourista and decided on Outback Ranch, Field Mushroom Salt and a little Roasted Garlic Smash olive oil . They turned out great and were enjoyed by all including the children .... 09.01.2022 Homemade Ice-cream My little masterchef wanted to test his new ice-cream maker today and as he has the patience of a 4yr old we went with the most basic recipe. 600ml thickened cream... 1 tin Condensed milk In the chilled ice-cream maker to mix. We only mixed ours for about 10-15mins (slightly less than I would normally) We then split into 2 bowls and added some Passionfruit dessert sauce swirls to one and to the other some Caramel dessert sauce swirls and crushed Caramilk Twirl . At this stage it's at a very soft serve consistency so I put it in the freezer to finish setting but not before little man had a bowl . He was very proud of his ice-cream and absolutely loved it. You could use any of our dessert sauces or chocolate powders to create your own delicious ice-creams. 05.01.2022 One of the things I love about my Cauliflower and Broccoli soup is that not only is it delicious and easy to make but I can use a different spice blend each time for a new variation . Tonight I added French Twist Onion, Chive and Onion and a dash of Roasted Garlic Smash Olive oil. The result was amazing. I think it was my favourite flavour combination yet. ... Next time I might have to try the brand new Satay Mas though, I have a feeling that will be unbelievably good .
