Insurers and reinsurers who are increasingly being challenged by asset / liability imbalances due to climate changes and as well as longevity risks Central banks who are being challenged by macro shocks and currency volatility The Opportunity Following a successful closure of its Round 1 capital raise at the end of last year, our client has begun developing its technology platform for the delivery of Asset Management as a Service and Risk Management-as-a-Service at scale. To achieve this, the company is building its technology as a Platform-as-a-Service in the cloud for the ingestion of and low latency real time analysis of large market data and alternative structured non-linear datasets using our client’s proprietary analytics. Since our client’s business model is to build bespoke solutions for each of its clients across all asset classes such as equities, FX, commodities, fixed income and derivatives, there will be an ongoing and healthy pipeline of challenging projects where the development team will closely work with the quant, data science and investment operations teams to deliver advanced solutions to institutional clients.
