The Glenelg branch of Kiwanis was formed in 1972 and is entirely run by volunteers. Kiwanis operates all over the world. Kiwanis Glenelg operates locally. They do many things that South Australians aren’t aware of from helping Kangaroo Island bushfire victims to buying a laptop for a young sight impaired student. They help Foodbank, Heartkids, Minda, Treasure Boxes, volunteered at the Special Olympics and many more. 01.01.2022 The ATO has upped the cents per kilometre deduction rate for motor vehicle expenses effective from July 1, 2020 it will be 72 cents per kilometre.
