15.01.2022 Hi people I was searching for a company/tradesman to renovate my kitchen in Melbourne. I have seen over a dozen businesses who showed interest, half of them shied away as the job may have been too big 4 them. One mob named Exquisite Developments really stood out from the crowd. The sales man 4 that company really needs a reality check. The below article is what I posted in the company reviews. Please understand, a sales man's job is not to make fun of u or belittle you.... This is what I wrote on review after my experience. Its obvious there is no review, I can't really speak about the company, but I have something to say about their salesman Steven Milenkoski. I invited Exquisite Developments to quote on Kitchen upgrade which included upgrading my kitchen cabinets and replacing oven, stove, sink and replacing kitchen bench top. That arrogant Steven Milenkoski, representing Exquisite Development said he is not interested in quoting the job unless I am prepared to spend $20,000 plus.This was just what he stated on the phone b4 even looking at my kitchen. I entertained his request cause maybe he can offer me an outstanding service. On the day we met. He came all dressed in his trendy outfit with an arrogant personality, all negative about what is required unless I spend over $20,000. He would not even quote the job, he left me feeling so miserable as if he is the answer to the worlds problem. I asked him to leave and would not entertain the rubbish that came out of his mouth. He wasn't the first quote I had requested. So I had a bit of knowledge about what had to be done. Steve just spewed rubbish to justify a rip off. Beware of this fraudulent salesman. Either Exquisite Development are so busy that they can afford to overcharge, or they just have an idiot for a salesman that will eventually drag the company down. This is my truth, I have owned my own business for 20 years, and have been the main salesman throughout that time, never have I been so arrogant towards a potential client, I always listen and believe the client to be always satisfied in my service no matter how busy I was. The client is always right. If you seek this company's service, do not let Steven Milenkoski quote your job. You would be wasting your time as rubbish just spews out of his mouth. 11.01.2022 This company has cheated an elderly citizen and charged him $850 to turn a tap off, and cap it with a $2 screw on cap, invoice of proof will follow.
08.01.2022 I spoke to a person named Christopher, I wont mention his full details unless I have his permission, Christopher urges that one must check customer reviews b4 employing anyone to fix your problem, I totally agree with Christopher, today we are at an age where any business can be scrutinized, the public can review any company b4 employing them for a job. I urge everyone to check out any company b4 employing them to fix or repair a problem. I just cant help the elderly who are not computer literate to follow this important advice. This is why I'm trying to help those who cant help themselves by asking the general public to voice their experiences, and together exploit the thieves in disguise as trades people.

04.01.2022 You must look at the reviews about the plumbing company called "Mr H2O plumbing & electrical, you have never seen so many complaints one after another, a similar story to how they ripped my father. Beware, they are now a franchise .... they are expanding to your neck of the woods.
03.01.2022 Hello to you wonderful people who I hope, have the same passion to put the message out there, that elderly people are not alone, there should be someone caring & looking out for each elderly citizen. My father who inspired me to take action unfortunately was struck with Alzheimer's, he is now in a nursing home, a beautiful newly built home 4 the elderly. I still maintain his house, clean house, attend to gardening, & one day I enquired through the local paper for a gardener... to do an annual clean up, trim the trees, kill weeds & mow the nature strip, I called 3 local gardening services 4 a quote, only 2 came to view & quote. I couldn't believe the difference between 1 quote $120 cash and the next bloke came, viewed what had to be done & quoted me $650. Well, I almost did a backflip, what a difference an extra quote can save you. It just goes to show that anyone can be taken advantage of. If I didn't have health issues, I wouldn't have sought quotes. See more
