24.01.2022 Daily rock painting challenge for myself to keep my mental health and creative growing. This month due to the COD-19, it's bit challenge because I got all the 4 kids at home making all the noises, and fighting, and arguing, and non-stop demanding. But I know I'm going to miss all these sounds when they all grown up and leave the house. I'm cherishing every moment to be with my family at the moment. 24.01.2022 My very first Kindness Rocks Garden set up in our community at Child and Parent Center (Geraldton, Western Australia) today as my community project of leadership program. What a mission! It's actually my daughter Evollyn's 4yr birthday and I like to do something special to celebrate it. Setting up the rainbow garden seems like a good idea ... Evollyn We spent 3 hours to get these things done: paint the garden bed wall and arranging the rocks. 1/3 of the time actually gone for soothing my 3 month old baby. Thank you my baby Nevagal having some sleep so I can do things. 1/3Nevagal Evollyn had been very patient helping me with the painting and sorting the rocks, even she keep telling me she didn't want to do it anymore. As a 4 years old, she had done a fabulous job and I'm so proud of her Evollyn I'm now physically tired but feeling so thankful and excited how things turn out. I have finally achieve one of my goal and I'm looking forward to make it fold in the future. Thank you Jennifer, Emma and Nicola at the Child and Parent Center for helping me with my baby and support me all the time. I can't do this without your help. Thank you LEAD program to make my dream come true. I have a better understanding of how to put thing into action, be a dreamer is just not good enough. 24.01.2022 A parcel full of love from Taiwan ... I received a parcel from my hometown Taiwan. I was bit confused how come my family didn't tell me they're going to send me a parcel? Then I realized it's from a Facebook friend who I have never meet before. I can't help myself to smile, at the same time, my heart feel so warm. The fragrance of wormwood filled in the air when I opened the parcel. The first thing jumped into my eyes was a pack of taro biscuits that I love love love so much and couldn't find it anywhere in Western Australia. There's also brown sugar ginger tea boxes, handmade soaps and a postcard with the train from Alishan, the mountain in the middle of Taiwan. MandyMandy My eyes were full of tears after reading Mandy's message on the postcard. When she heard that I had my baby no.5, she prepared a parcel so full of love with home taste then sent it by sea. I'm so touch by her kindness. It moved me so much no words can really describe how I feel. The down to earth beauty and kindness from a human heart had touch my heart so deeply that everytime when I think of it, I was deeply moved. How lucky am I to be loved all the time, all the time... Mandy! Thank you Mandy! Thank you for the warm love you've sent to me from far away, thank you for your caring. God bless you and may the good things befall on you
24.01.2022 Because I'm a big Candy Crush fan 8 years I've been playing this game since I had my first born in 2012. If you do notice, the art inside this game is really delicate, it's beautiful, it's colourful and it's fun. It's my stress relief but sometime I got addicted too much. Anyway, it took me a while to finish this piece. Not the best but the idea is there. Quite happy with my hand painted version of Candy Crush Candy Crush20128Candy Crush()

21.01.2022 I’ve been participating in the song writing workshop for sometimes. The origin of this song came from the song writing host Daron sharing his life experience of his sister, suffered from depression and took her own life but left a two year old behind. Daron As a mum and also a recovery patient from depression, I know exactly how it feels. I write this song to hope encouraging the souls that are falling to the... very despair will pull themselves together. Believe in yourself and know that this too should pass.
20.01.2022 Thank you everyone for coming and paint some kindness rocks together this morning! We had 10 families coming along, about 16 adults + 25 kids, what a great turn out! More than 50+ rocks painted, and my Kindness Rocks box was very full of all your love! My next step will be going to sort out a Kindness Rocks Garden on the foreshore, so all the rocks you created we can drop in town and spread the kindness around. 18.01.2022 I lost my direction when Painted Rock Pal #PRP decided not to do any daily challenge anymore. I get the freedom but I desperately need the discipline. Of course there are times that I don't feel like doing anything at all, but the power of focus on myself has keep me in balance in a busy life with my four energetic kids. I put on a blue T-shirt which had the word Taiwan on it for this reason. When I recorded my part of the video, baby no.5 was still in my belly, when she born, it’s also the time this music video was born. 03.01.2022 Daily rock painting challenge to keep myself motivated even I just had a newborn!
03.01.2022 Back to the swing of rock painting, this month and the following month you will see a lot of pebble arts as I really enjoy to turn these small pebbles into magnets, to decorate and brighten up someone's fridge or writing board! Another thing. I've lost 80% of my hearing on my left ear due to infection since last December and been told by the specialist it's never going to recover unless to go throu...gh a surgery or wearing hearing aid. As a musician, I'm gutted. But at the same time I'm thankful as I still got half of my hearing working to hear the wonderful sound of the world. 80% I try to balance my rock painting and the love of song writing at the moment and quite pleased as I did manage to pump up some original songs and lyrics by join in the song writing workshop. As for my hearing lost, I think I will try my best and have Beethoven as a model. Listen with my heart. And I wish everyone well during this panic time, everything's gonna be alright. 02.01.2022 The tyre art project my whole family have been up to for the community art project HeArts Drive(way) before we welcome our fifth member of the Coleman family.
