I have absolutely loved seeing you all reaching your health & fitness goals & can’t wait to see what 2019 has in store for you SGPT is closed for the Christmas break from 25th to the 7th of Jan when we will re-open in our new space located in Croydon North!!

07.01.2022 Photos taken a year apart. Consistency is key Ali came to me recovering from a hip surgery. We modified exercises & included some rehabilitation in her program. She adapted to her healthier lifestyle & with some nutritional guidance lost over 23kgs training with me twice a week for 30min! So proud of you girl!!
