24.01.2022 Lest We Forget - The Waiting Woman sculpture by artist Joan Walsh-Smith Frozen in time and bronze. Tells a story often forgotten at this time.... She is eternal, all-encompassing; the figure of the waiting-woman, grieving for her lost father, husband, brother, son. Through her, we can feel the pain of that loss, the everlasting waiting of those who did and of those who still do. She stands here, for those who will come to this place, still hoping that the ship will be found, to close this tragic chapter in Australian History. She is also here for those who will at least find comfort in the existence of this sacred site; this place of contemplation which honors and remembers the great sacrifice of those who gave their lives, to make Australia safe and free for the people who live in this country today. This concept was evolved as a fitting expression of all the people involved directly in this terrible tragedy. No matter what role these men played, they all had loved ones; wives or mothers, girlfriends, sisters, daughters; someone to mourn them; a woman somewhere who didnt experience this terrible drama directly; but felt the connection through the eternal pain of loss and emptiness for the long years that have passed. The men of HMAS Sydney II will always be remembered by these women, and the surviving families.

18.01.2022 Like a lot of people have been doing lately, as the end of the last decade closed and we began moving into the new one, I spent a lot of time reflecting on the past 10 years. The Good. The Bad and the UGLY. My life was very different back then. ... Ten years ago I was preparing for the birth of my second child. And I was living on my nerves with anxiety and depression. Not due to the imminent birth of my baby, but because of the environment I was bringing my baby into. Domestic Violence. This wasnt the life I ever thought I would be living and certainly not the environment I dreamt I would raise children in. To be honest, I didnt realise how soul destroying a situation I was in at the time. I was just putting one foot in front of the other to get through each day. I certainly didnt know how on earth I was going to change this for myself and my little ones. But I did. I changed EVERYTHING. Though thats another story for another day The thing is...you dont have to be in crisis to know you need to make changes in your life. And you dont always need to turn your life upside down in order to shake out whats missing. The truth is my Soul was calling me a LONG time before I chose to listen. We ALL have that inner wisdom. Whats your soul want for you? Can you hear it? 08.01.2022 To truly transform we have to get beyond the materialistic way of thinking, that all we have is a physical body. So many people have started saying that its y...our brain or nervous system who is the greatest pharmacist. Whilst it can be helpful to think that its not completely true. Its actually your Astral body that is the greatest pharmacist and inner transformer combined with the power of your I. So it is when your I which is one of your higher spiritual members, makes a decision to change how you think, how you feel and how you act that the real lasting change can occurs not just in your health but in your soul. And its not just an emotional trauma that activates an illness but also a predisposition to it. So then the question occurs why do some people seem to get ill from being outside in the cold and others eat unhealthy for years, experience immense trauma, are under constant stress and hardly ever get sick? If we really want to understand that then we have to open our minds to the possibility that maybe this illness was brought from other lives as a compensation for other actions and is here to make us grow. Maybe not all illnesses come from previous lives, as many of us tend to be great at creating dramas, but a lot do. Especially if you start to understand how our energy bodies work. If we only think of things as physical then when the pain releases and the issue disappears we stop working on ourselves. When we actually start to understand the Astral body, then we thank the illness for assisting us to start the journey and continue transforming in a way that is truly lasting. For those who truly desire to understand more I encourage you to start asking questions and discovering what is the role of the Astral body, what is the role of the Etheric, what is the role of the I. Where does the mental and emotional bodies fit into this. What is my soul? What happens in between lives - how do I work with Higher beings to create a physical body and a temperament that will work for me in this life? What does it mean to have a purpose. (Which is not a job description but an opportunity to live your life based on what would be the most beneficial for your soul to evolve!) Im constantly encouraging people to think deeper, to awaken out of the slumber that the media and the constant focus on survival puts us in. We are so much more profound then what we give ourselves the possibility to explore. Everything becomes easier when we begin to understand it. I feel its our mission with Ty to wake as many people up as are ready. A lot of these we will be exploring in details in our live workshops in Brisbane and Perth next year. So if you have been going round and round in circles and desire something more profound then what you have found so far, we really encourage you to invest in you. This information combined with powerful healing processes can truly change how you think, feel, live, eat, sleep, connect with others and experience life! (We are working on online courses which can help as well. But nothing compares to being in the space together.)
