17.01.2022 hi everyone we have a grading on sunday the 20th november for students wishing to be graded from white to yellow tip or yellow cost $20 start 11am please let sensei steve no who would like to sit their grading the $20 include a feed and official ceremony

15.01.2022 also the days 18,19 & 20 of january shidokai cowra is conducting a school holiday program for everyone cost is $55 for the three days activities include basic self defence, pressure point stick defence, origami and ten pin bowling at orange bowling alley all welcome

11.01.2022 hi everyone just informing everyone that cowra dojo have a optional training night for kids that have had some experience with martial arts classes start from 530pm to 6.30pm and adult classes from 7.00pm to 8.30pm prices are the same also the kids that have had no experience in martial arts your class is still 4.30pm to 5.30pm
