Implement changes you will continue for a long time, not just for a few weeks. DITCH YOUR HOME SCALES - there's more to life than losing weight. Educate yourself on the numbers that will fill you up not make you less i.e. muscle mass Take it ONE STEP OR GOAL AT A TIME - it'll feel like you're starting new ...each week as you're overhauling your life! Start with something small and build on it. If you feel stuck - REACH OUT to friends, family or a professional. Have someone in your corner. REMOVE RESTRICTIONS. Under-eating and avoiding certain foods leads to clearing cupboards on the weekend, binges and overeating. Stop thinking food is good or bad and the blowouts will stop. SELF CARE IS ESSENTIAL. It's not about bubble baths and face masks - , , . These are the absolute basic foundations you should always work on improving. Here when you need us.

09.01.2022 Put your hands up for today! We're singing those peaches praise after (several rounds of) this particularly juicy booty burnout. You got a band? You got a burn. Place band above knees.... Start with knees 90 bent up on a wall. Complete 1 full hip thrust to gauge best distance away from wall (further away = more hamstrings). Also find your hot range - don't rest on the floor. Set your timer for 2 minutes. Complete as many full thrusts as you can in 20 seconds with maximum band tension apart. Rest for 10 seconds then repeat 3 more times. for a full 2 minute TORCH - complete 10 working sets (20 seconds) Get ready for these again next week Teams!!
