23.01.2022 Welcome to 2018. Jason and I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Lambton Centre will recommence summer training at Lambton Park near the rotunda on Wednesday 17th January, Wednesday 24th January and Wednesday 31st January. Come along for some fitness & fun. No uniform required. Training at the hall will recommence on Friday 2nd February. Looking forward to seeing everyone and making a positive start to the new year.

20.01.2022 Ran into Chris our boxing coach from Tuff n up this morning, he is now training at Steel City boxing gym. Will be making enquiries about Saturday sessions, usual crowd welcome.

12.01.2022 Great first night training at the park, good turn up with lots of JWP & Pinyo combo"s. We are planning a great year, boxing at Tuff n up,seminars in karate,grappling & muay thai. An open muay thai tournament in the second half of the year & looking at a fitness class incorporating all the martial arts. Best wishes for the new year Trevor & Jason.
