24.01.2022 People often ask how they can use our Chilli Paste so here’s a recipe for this really easy but very tasty dish I made with it. 2-3 serves 200g firm tofu ( chopped) Chopped mushroom & capsicum or any other veg 200-300g of tinned chopped tomatoes... A couple of spoons of Shilu’s Chilli Paste ( adjust to yr taste) Heat chilli in pan, add tomatoes, simmer in pan for 5 mins Add tofu and veg, salt and pepper and simmer for another 10 Top with coriander and lime juice, serve with rice, roti, or on it’s own.
