If you feel unwell please reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment to someone on the wait list. Like many businesses, we need all the support we can get as we eme...rge from our 12 week closure into continued uncertainty. Please enter the salon at the time of your appointment. Each appointment has been extended to allow for extra cleaning and sanitation. By law we are not permitted to have any more than two people in our waiting area, in addition to staff and clients utilising the nail table and/or exiting treatment rooms. This also means that unfortunately we are unable to hang out chatting at the front desk - don’t worry - we’ll make up for lost time during your appointment :) Please use the hand sanitiser situated at the reception desk immediately upon arrival. There is antibacterial hand wash, hand sanitiser and paper towel located in the bathroom. We will be conducting temperature checks upon entry to the beauty room. If your temperature indicates a fever, we will need to reschedule your appointment. We may wear a face mask and also have them available for anyone who wishes to wear one. We ask that you do not touch your mobile phone or personal belongings during your treatment and please leave any unnecessary items in your car if possible. If you are have travelled internationally in the past 14 days, or have had close contact with someone suspected of or diagnosed with Covid-19, you must not attend the salon. We recommend that you download the COVIDSafe App https://www.health.gov.au/reso/apps-and-tools/covidsafe-app We ask that you come alone to your appointment - children or other guests should not attend with you. We encourage cashless payment Staff who are known contacts of COVID-19 positive patients are required by law to self-isolate at home. Staff with symptoms of fever, cough and fatigue are required to stay home until recovered. Our nail clients will be required to purchase their own files from us to keep for future appointments.

We do have a wait list which we welcome existing clients to jump on, and we require at least 24 hours notice in the case that you need to cancel or reschedule. We can’t promise that we can reschedule your appointment if you need to change it. Though we love to be flexible with our time, it’s not something we always find possible at this time of year.... 10.01.2022 Done and dusted for 2020 RE-OPEN MONDAY 4th JANUARY As the year draws to an end, we have so much to be thankful for. First and foremost, our super duper clientele whose loyalty and support is appreciated infinitely.... We are grateful for the ability to be able to continue to do what we love, to be able to celebrate the festive season with family and friends, explore our beautiful land and make plans for the future. Now that borders are open, it is so important that as a community we don’t become complacent with our health and safety measures.... The nature of our work means that for the most part, we cannot practice social distancing. We are at the mercy of our clients and guests and we ask of you: -Do Not Attend if you FEEL UNWELL -Do Not Attend if you HAVE TRAVELLED OVERSEAS OR TO SOUTH AUSTRALIA IN THE PAST 14 DAYS -Use the hand sanitiser on the front desk upon arrival. You are also welcome to use our bathroom if you wish to wash your hands. We continue to practice increased levels of cleaning and sanitation which includes allocating multiple time slots each day for sanitising our work spaces, door handles etc. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions regarding this matter.
