03.01.2022 It’s back to school and back to routine for Victoria students; the perfect time to enrol in our Junior Karate Classes, open on Monday and Thursday from 5pm to 6pm. Our classes focus on three aspects - Basics: learning the foundations and techniques needed to grow in your ability, Kata: traditional Okinawa patterns of movement that form the movements of karate. Kata improves coordination and concentration. The third is Strength and flexibility: exercises that improve overall fitness and agility.

01.01.2022 Its a great year to start studying Karate with Shinbukan Victoria as Karate will officially become an olympic sport at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Classes resume on Thursday the 30th of Febuary at 5pm. Looking forward to a great 2020!
