24.01.2022 A small class tonight at our Murray Bridge dojo. All working very hard on their fitness and have done very well this last week. Just a reminder that classes have resumed since our Christmas break. Junior belts from 6:30-7:30 and seniors from 6:30-8:30 on Monday and Wednesday nights.

15.01.2022 as from Wednesday 25 march we will be closed until further notice as is required by the law because of the corona virus.everybody stay safe.

07.01.2022 Hi everyone. Due to the current coronavirus out break happening here in SA, Shindo Karate Murray Bridge will have its last lesson tonight before the 12 o’clock shutdown. Hopefully this will only be a 2 week lockdown, but we’ll keep you posted and let you know as soon as we are able to return. Everyone stay safe, will see you all soon

01.01.2022 Hello all students. As restrictions have lifted, karate will return to normal as of tomorrow night, the 1st July. Normal lesson times continue, junior belts 6:30-7:30 and senior belts from 6:30-8:30. I hope to see you all back and ready to return tomorrow night
