16.01.2022 Another milestone in this strange and challenging year, our second Black belt grading for the year this weekend. A huge congratulations to Sempai Gemma and Sempai Alessandra who achieved their 1st Dan, Sempai Vicki, Sempai Nikhil, Sempai Jake and Sempai Ben who achieved their Black Belts. This is a grading that has been delayed a number of times due to COVID and one that is a testament to resilience. Just a few additional guidelines that all should be aware of, We are restricted to One spectator only per student All spectators must either sign in or use the QR code check in system (you will see them around the dojo) or the book provided (near the office) In all circumstances where you cannot socially distance please ensure you are wearing a mask. ... Also please remember we are still restricting access to spectators during regular classes. The only spectators permitted are in circumstances when the student is unable to participate without you (young children, new students, those who need assistance)

01.01.2022 Ending the year on a high note. Presentation night for 10 new Black Belts, 6 new 1st Dan’s and a new Sensei (3rd Dan). First sparring to wind up the Seniors grading followed by a picnic on the mats. Then as dark fell the candlelight took over as the ceremony began. Congratulations to all who were presented with their new ranks and thanks to all attendees for sharing this moment with us.
