I won't bore you with all the hats I wear BUT I will say that if I didn't make time to meditate, express gratitude, read, watch meaningful and knowledgeable YouTube clips, listen to podcasts and protect my time and mind - I'd be a bloody wreck!!! . 24.01.2022 BUT I HATE FITNESS AND WORKING OUT!!! I'M TOO LAZY. I'M TOO TIRED. I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME.... The benefits of physical activity goes far beyond losing weight, toning up and looking good. 13.01.2022 SLEEP When it comes to weight loss it isnt always as easy as calories in V calories out. There are many other lifestyle factors that need to be taken into consideration, one of them being sleep quality. When youre sleep deprived it can affect hormones such as, leptin and ghrelin (your hunger hormone) that control appetite. With those out of whack youre more likely to consume more and make unhealthy food choices. ... Not only does lack of sleep affect weight control it can also affect the release of growth hormones, immunity and cognitive function. With that in mind, timing, duration and quality of sleep is something that should never be overlooked in any health and fitness regime. Aim for solid 7-8 hours per night and try to get to sleep and wake up at the same time consistently.

If she loses her temper, she becomes hysterical. When the strong woman disappears a minute, it is immediately noticeable, but when she is there, her presence is usual. But the strength that is needed every day, to be that kind of woman, does not matter to anyone. Honor, recognize, respect and thank the strong women in your life, because they also need to be restrained, loved and feel that they can rest.
