20.01.2022 Just let my 6 yr old son pick his own oils for the bath....he chose peppermint, mandarin and chammomile....intuition is real as he has just got home from Bali and had the dreaded Bali Belly, so how ironic he choses peppermint, great for belly upsets while chammomile and mandarin are great for a restful sleep....bed time is not far off.....

Thanks to Emma and Jane sharing their love for nature and for reminding me to look after myself too. Cant wait for all the adventures to come and my first overnight camp out in the wild bush with my bestie. Remember to love yourself and that nature is healing and grounding. Shine on!
