24.01.2022 Yoga in the dome or in our multi-purpose space on Friday mornings 8-9:30am. This is followed by by Qigong 8:30-9:30am. Our dome is insect proof now which is fantastic. For this morning's Qigong class, we did our warm up in the dome and then the remainder of our practice under the shade of our parachute with the gum trees, dam and waterlilies in the background. Last week, we did our Qigong practise under our temple gazebo surrounded by a water lily pond with the ducks swimming by.. I feel very blessed to be sharing what I love! A dream come true to be teaching from home!

21.01.2022 Master Simon Blow is coming to Atherton for a Qigong weekend of immersion into the Six Unity Exercise (Lui He Gong) on Saturday 4th October (full day) and Sunday, 5th October (half day) Please refer to www.simonblowqigong.com for details or the latest Connect Magazine. Be quick to take advantage of the early bird discount of $140. I had the privilege of being introduced to this beautiful, flowing Qigong form at a sacred shrine overlooking the Wudang Mountains this May, in in front of this massive stone turtle. I highly recommend attending this weekend and sharing and cultivating Qi in a larger group.

21.01.2022 Excited to receive in the mail from Simon Blow Qigong my Level 4 Qigong Teacher Certificate for Da Yan Wild Goose Qigong (1st 64 movement). After first learning Da Yan Wild Goose (1st 64 movements) in Bali in 2016 with Master Simon Blow, it has continued to uplift and deeply inspire me. It was a dream come true in May this year to be practising Da Yan Wild Goose Qigong in Wudang Mountain and at the Eternal Spring Monastery in Wuhan with my flock of fellow Da Yan Qigong enthusiasts on our Qigong study tour. Finally, meeting Grand Master Chen was also, a great privilege. Grand Master Chen . He thanked us for our dedication in learning this ancient Qigong form and spoke highly of Master Simon Blow's commitment to bring this wisdom and teaching to the West.
