18.01.2022 Due to a double booking which got in the way of our major fundraising Bunnings BBQ we have had to move our grading to the Sunday Morning and our Christmas Party will follow in the afternoon. The grading will still be tough, the fun of the party will still be awesome and the year will still be celebrated in style. Thank you for understanding

18.01.2022 Exciting News...... Karate training is on today 4:30pm There are still strict rules we need to follow. 1. 4 Meter Rule must be adhered to. We can SAFELY Fit 19 participants and 1 instructor, or 18 and 2 instructors etc.... 2. Hygiene and safety measures. We will follow Qld Health guidelines regarding sanitation and hygiene. We have submitted a COVID SAFE PLAN for approval. 3. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BOOK ONLINE. IF THERE IS NO BOOKINGS THE SESSION WILL NOT BE GOING AHEAD. This is to allow rapid contact follow-up in case of an infection and data must be kept for 30 days. 4. All memberships are still on hold until final limitations are lifted and all memberships will be extended to cover all lost membership time. This means all participants must book and pay per class or week until final restriction are lifted. 5. AND MOST IMPORTANT, NO CONTACT OR SKILL TRAINING TO BE ALLOWED. ABSOLUTELY NO: Pad work Sparring Grappling Skill Work COntact Training of any description. We will however focus on fitness and exercise until normality resumes. Failure to comply with these rules could see shin Ki DO Kai hit with sever fines and sadly if that happens we will not be able to sustain that and will be forced to close our doors, and nobody wants that, so lets all enjoy being back in the gym but respect the guidelines and see this thing through. Are you ready to book? WWW.FORCEMARTIALARTS.COM.AU
