07.01.2022 Dream. Plan. Create. Work hard doing your best. Now give up your attachments to the results. When your mind begins telling you you’re not good enough, it’s neve...r going to work out, you’re running out of time, just stop, take several deep breaths, and come into the present moment where all is well. The mind will always play games with you and say false thoughts. Stressing never helps, and always wears you out and ultimately makes you sick.
