19.01.2022 We are open today for extended Christmas shopping hours! 8am to 2pm. Come and see us and pick up everything you need for your Christmas breakfast, lunch and dinner including sauces, cheeses and crackers, muesli, Kombucha and much much more. Be rest assured we are working hard to keep the store safe for you. Please be patient and support our local Northeen Beaches small businesses through this challenging time.

Things will look a little different, while we close the main entrance for renovations, however, we aren't leaving you meatless at the peak of barbecue season! 13.01.2022 Christmas parties are done, we all ate way too much (as usual), but what do you do with all those leftovers, especially your Shiralee Ham? Here are some ideas; - Ham and Leek quiche - Cuban Sandwiches. Loads of ham, cheese, pork and pickles on fresh bread!... - Fettucine Carbonara - Pea and Ham soup - Ham and Cheese toastie (household classic!) - Hawaiian Pizza - Ham Caesar Salad Let us know your favourite way to use leftover ham

05.01.2022 Cold, sliced turkey is perfect for Christmas lunch (and the days that follow if you end up with any leftovers!). Cook your turkey a day or two in advance, and once cooled completely, carve it into pieces - breast, wings, thighs and drumsticks. Pop the pieces into an airtight container and refrigerate until you're ready to serve! Your turkey will be the celebrity of Christmas Day - apart from Santa Claus, of course.
