23.01.2022 Another project completed below budget and on time, working closely with these owners to deliver a budget concious bathroom which still involved demolition, sheeting, waterproofing, screed, tiling and some carpentry work. Keeping the same layout, and the bath in place we were able to work around to make this an affordable renovation. Which lines up perfectly in the niche, all mitre cut edging on trims, the small details go a long way. 16.01.2022 A 6 meter long laundry ! This project started as a home renovators mess, walls out of square, stud walls made from fence pailings, a mixture of timber and concrete flooring. We totally stripped this laundry back, relocated the waste points, added a floor waste and further carpentry work saw custom finished flat pack benchtops and cupboards. We managed to save the customer over 30% on cabinetry and install alone, along with a new screed, level floor, custom works, painting, pl...umbing, tiling, custom floating shelves for an outstanding result on this mammoth laundry.
