It has been a great opportunity for our gymnasts to express and learn all things body. Go Kidz is all about quick, healthy meals which are super tasty. 04.01.2022 Please support this beautiful family. Lauren and Bianca have been doing gymnastics at Shire since they were 3, both competing to level 10 and now 16 years old and coaching. Their dad, Paul Bristow suddenly passed away earlier this week. Paul was always the gyms biggest cheer leader at all competitions, supporting not only his girls but all our gymnasts. He leaves behind his loving wife Sonja and 5 beautiful children, two adult daughters, 16 year old twin girls (Lauren and... Bianca) and a 12 year old son who loved and adored him.
