17.05.2022 Was very cool to come across this Death Adder in hunting mode on a call out today, it had gathered up some debri of grass, string, dust and spider web to hide under, then sat staring at the water skink, wiggling his tail, pretending it’s a worm to lure the lizard closer to be lunch

10.01.2022 As much as we at Shire Snake Catchers love snakes, the love isn’t always mutual, as this feisty Eastern Brown Snake demonstrates on a very hot day how athletic they can be, getting very close to a bite on the chestHappy World Snake Day. https://youtu.be/rP61RINkqF8

08.01.2022 https://www.facebook.com/107637365950776/posts/2521183861262769/ Just remember if this sort of thing happens to you, us here at Shire Snake Catchers, can come and sort that snake out for you, safely and professionally

07.01.2022 This is a good example of what not to do. The saying they say at the beginning is how to tell the difference between a harmless milk snake, and the venomous coral snake. They get it wrong here. Very lucky boy, as he wasn’t envenomated, but we can’t stress enough, when it comes to snake identification, leave it to the experienced, or leave the snake alone.
