Still focused and driven. Credit to you girls. Very proud. Look out representative football here they come.

11.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS W14A SYLVANIA HEIGHTS STATE CUP CHAMPIONS BACK TO BACK. Fantastic effort from the girls. Really pleasing to see these 5 girls, Amber, Ava, Lilly, Siena and Indy excelling in their football. Over the last 2 months these girls have decided to absolutely give it there all at there Monday training sessions. They are constantly getting out of there comfort zone. The level of quality they produce week in week out. The intensity and the success of the training sessions is at a level you would expect from girls much older and more experienced. I can only be very proud of these girls. If they stay on this path, they will create so many opportunities for themselves in their football careers. WELL DONE GIRLS

07.01.2022 ELITE 15 GIRLS. Great to have players from the Institute, PL1 and PL2 teams. The girls came in for a couple of sessions over the holidays. The girls were sharp in possession and showed a high level of intensity with great work ethic, ability and understanding of their roll, to have a successful session outcome . Well done girls.

06.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS TO THE SYLVANIA HEIGHTS 12A GIRLS. STATE CUP CHAMPIONS. The girls have come in each Monday this year. Working on their Sharpness, vision, awareness, touch, movement, finishing and conditioning. They always work hard and get alot out of the sessions. This is part of the reason they are successful. I am very proud of these girls and look forward to keep working and challenging them each week. I have no doubt they will achieve alot more in their football careers.
