22.01.2022 Has your car started making a different noise? Some new noises can be easily fixed - like the scraping noise of the plastic splash guard cover coming loose and dragging under the car. Other noises aren't so harmless and need to be checked out in more detail. A metallic screeching noise might mean that your brake pads have worn out as metal scratches on metal. 16.01.2022 Timing chains on VE commodores tend to stretch over time and cause the engine to go into 'limp home' mode, which means it reduces it's power and doesn't go well until the timing chain is replaced and the valve timing is corrected back to original specs again. If you find your VE commodore is losing power, come in, we'll scan it and see if that's what your problem is.

03.01.2022 Oil leaks are common - this sump was leaking because the bolt had been tightened too much, which caused it to crack. Whoever did it had tried to bodge up the leak with a bit of grease and solder, but it was still leaking. Thankfully, fixing it properly should be straightforward.
