23.01.2022 First training for 2013 last night. The weather remained nice and moderate but still kept a fairly gentle pace. Friday looks like being a lot warmer...so there might be a lot more outdoor training involved.

21.01.2022 Recently discovered our website has been having some issues. For some reason, the ip address had been changed - no idea how or why - however all is rectified now. 21.01.2022 Reminder: Training will continue through January, to start from 4:30pm on both Wednesdays and Fridays - with outdoor activities up til 5:30pm, and thence more karate focused training in the dojo til 7pm.
