23.01.2022 New brakes front and rear, both drum and rotors machined for this triton, also customer wanted a full strip down of the air intake manifolds, cleaned, intercooler was removed and flushed out, new gaskets fitted and reassembled back together, also a snorkel was installed. Full 'C' service was also carried out which includes, front and rear diff oils, gear box and transfer oils, engine oil and filter, air and fuel filter, coolant drain and flushed and new coolant back in, brake fluid was flushed aswell and clutch fluid was done at the same time. Wheel bearings also got checked. Happy customer

22.01.2022 Few forklift services and repairs, resealed steer cylinder, steer pins and bushes, had a good innings on this air filter, time for a new one I think, one of the forklifts was running really ruff, can you spot the differences between the new and old spark plugs?? Happy customer

18.01.2022 Leaking rocker cover gasket. Resealed cleaned and also serviced. No more leaks back up and running happy customer

16.01.2022 Bit of a birthday for this old girl. New clutch and pto clutch installed, adjusted and tested. Happy farming

14.01.2022 Customer had low power issues. After doing a few checks and tests this was the end result. Badly worn cam shaft lobes. Sourced a second hand engine as a doner engine, swapt injector pump, injectors, crank shaft pulley. Tune up on doner engine, new water pump, timing belt kit, rear main seal, while engine was out I fixed another issue (leaking gear box input shaft seal) new gear box oil and in with the doner engine. Happy customer

07.01.2022 Its been a few busy weeks. Here is what I've been up too. Clutch job on a truck. Customer sure did get the full life out of this clutch. But due to the heat and wear on the clutch plate i had to replace the fly wheel due to excessive cracking

06.01.2022 Customer brought this BT 50 in, had overheated engine and now it pressurized the radiator and losing its water out of the overflow bottle. After doing a few tests and checks, 1 of them being bypassing the egr cooler as these can be a common problem to fail and get the same symptoms as a blown head gasket, also another common result after being over headed these alloy heads can crack, after bypassing the cooler it still did it, failed head gasket was the cause at this stage. ...Strip engine down, sent head in to get tested and came back a fail. New head was then sourced and all running gear swapt over, new head gasket and head bolts, tuned and tested. Radiator was flushed out and tested aswell, new thermostat and water pump was fitted, new timing belt kit was installed. While intake manifolds had to be swapt over from the old head to the new head I carried out a intake manifold clean. Before and after pics are a totally different result. New gaskets when reassembled. Happy customer See more

02.01.2022 It was a full on day today out in the field. Today's topic is Hydraulic Cylinders. - is your machines hydraulic cylinders leaking or In bad condition? If so don't let them get any worse... # Here I am in the first picture resealing these 2 lift cylinders from this forklift. # Here I am in the second picture reasealing this steer cylinder from a roller, Also can you spot another issue? If you said that the eyelets are elongated due to a spherical bearing failing you would be correct. I removed the cylinder, machined out eylets, machined up high tensile bushes & pressed both bushes & bearings into cylinder eyelets & resealed cylinder. Another happy customer back on the road # And last but not least in the third picture here I am resealing this steer cylinder out of a Massey Ferguson 4x4 tractor.
