23.01.2022 The Attorney Generals office has just advised via email that changes to the Marriage Act 1961 are effective from tomorrow the 9th December. I have attached the new Notice of Intended Marriage below and will have hard copies as soon as they are available. For the couples who have already lodged their NOIM with me it is still valid as I received it before the 8th December. Any questions, give me a call.
