22.01.2022 Established over 35yrs ago and operating under the same owner for the last 14 years with great loyal clientele this mechanical workshop is in the centre of Cund...letown NSW 2430 Mid North Coast, 6 klms from Taree. The only workshop in Cundletown with no competitors. The business Services all makes and models of vehicles. Pretty much any mechanical repairs from an engine rebuild to trailer repairs and maintenance, ski boat servicing to rego inspections. Currently operated by a sole Mechanic, however definitely has the potential for growth for more employees or may be suited to a partnership. The sale of the business is based on WI/WO with a negotiated term for the current owner to stay on for up to 4 weeks to ensure a smooth transaction. Premises is currently leased @ $580 per week including a 3rd share in rates and water rates. 10.01.2022 As of today I will be closing for the season with COVID-19 I want to keep us all safe I’m sorry for any inconvenience and I’m very proud of all my swim kids they have made amazing progress this crazy season with fires flooding and now the Virus I look forward to next season hopefully being a little less crazy take care of your family and stay safe
