25.01.2022 Join us for a night of fun! Im holding a Charity Ball proudly supporting beyondblue. We have a comedian MC, live band, beyondblue guest speaker, silent auctions and more. Dont dance! Dont worry! You will still enjoy the night chatting with friends, enjoying a good meal with a few drinks (all included in ticket prices), laughing at the jokes of our comedian and participating in the silent auctions. We have heaps of free stuff to give away too!... Ticket sales end 25th September.

24.01.2022 This was Shonnys Myotherapys second charity event held on Saturday 6th August 2016. On the day there was lots of fun and activities. The weather held out but there was some mud! We raised a total of $2,704.37 for beyondblue. Thank you to all who participated, volunteered, donated and supported this event!

19.01.2022 No power since 3.20pm and not expected back on until 11pm. This means working by lantern, no music, and using my old portable massage table as the electric one is up way too high and cant go back down.

10.01.2022 This is my first ever # but its for a good cause! In support of a good friend of mine I am posting this picture to try raise awareness of brain cancer. And hopefully then they will put more funding towards the research of it. At the moment there is next to no funding. I found out last year when researching who I wanted to support for my charity ball that brain cancer has a very little support network and funding. I really wanted to raise awareness and funds for them but unfortunately I didnt know who to or where the money would go. So here goes... #BEANIESFORBRAINCANCER

05.01.2022 Done and dusted! My close to 6 years at Prestige PT has come to its end. On to bigger and better things! My business! From May I will be working full time for myself. So if you need some treatment come see me, Mondays to Fridays. I do three late nights so there are no excuses!

03.01.2022 Just a few quick snaps from last night Shonnys Myotherapy Charity Ball proudly supporting beyondblue. Was an amazing night! Venue was perfect, food was yumm, Comedian MC Terry North was fantastic, guest speaker Rae Bonney was really touching, photographers Clare Jackson and Brent Ellis did a great job and the band were spot on! Thanks to everyone who attended this first time event. I think all went well aside from a few little hiccups. Thanks to all our supporters for their generous donations. Looks like we raised a fair bit of money. And a big thank you to the family who helped with everything (set up, name cards, your support). Thank you to my hubby Luke Adams for everything too!

02.01.2022 Shonny is now on maternity leave and will post back here once she is back at work. Felicity Rose Adams was born on Wednesday the 4th of January 2017 at 4:07PM with a healthy of weight of 3.070Kg
