22.01.2022 Hello mummas! Its been a minute since I introduced myself and I am feeling chatty! Im Larissa, and I am the chocolate-addicted mumma behind Baby Mumma. I have five kiddos, four in my arms and one in my heart.... Im based in the inner southern suburbs of Adelaide, right between the city and the beach. My fave form of self-care at the moment is to go for walks with my kiddos on their bikes. My current fave show is The Office (US). Id never watched it until recently, and now I am HOOKED! At the top of my playlist right now is the Hamilton soundtrack. One thing that causes me to run a million miles away is the smell of coffee. Yep. I hate it. And it IS possible to be a mum without having a coffee addiction! So thats a bit about me. Told you I felt chatty! Tell me about you! Answer these three questions: 1. 22.01.2022 Ive had some personal stuff going on lately, and it hasnt been the easiest weeks/months. BUT there is always something to be grateful for. Always. So today, as I sit in the car with a snoozing bub, here are three things Im grateful for. 1 - Sunshine. Life feels easier when the sun is shining, dont you think? 2 - Friends who happily watch and entertain my kiddos so I can do simple things like go to the toilet alone!... 3 - Drive thru takeaway food...keeping me from getting hangry, even though I am nap-trapped in the car! When theyre little, it seems like youll never again get a good nights sleep, theyll never be able to toilet or dress themselves, and meal times will always be a battle. The days feel longer than they have ever been. <3 But they will. One day youll sleep again, theyll get ready for the day all by themselves, and theyll be eating more than you think they could possibly fit in thei...r tummies. <3 And before you know it, the little toddler whose hand barely filled yours will be halfway through their first year at school, learning all sorts of new things, and getting more independent with each passing day.
