22.01.2022 Shop Local from 200+ World class Vendors, then have it delivered FREE to your door (Postage is free in VIC only - flat rate $9.95 to other states)! Check out wh...at some of our vendors have to offer: Fallen Giants Their vineyard was planted on the steep Eastern slopes of the Grampians in 1969. The region had always had a pedigree for great wines with the first vineyards in Grampians being planted at Bests & Seppelts, in the early 1860's. Their family bought it in 2013 and renamed the vineyard Fallen Giants after the dreamtime stories of the original owners of these lands, the Djab Wurrung and Jardiwadjali people. According to the legends, Geriward (the Grampians) was created by the great Ancestor spirit Bunjil, who often took the form of a great Eagle. The ranges were then further shaped by Tchingal, a Giant ferocious Emu, who split the mountains with his fierce kick. The vineyard has plantings of Shiraz, Cabernet & Riesling totalling 23 acres under vine. The majority of the planting is Shiraz. They are also currently in organic conversion. 18.01.2022 Over the past 20 years as Managing Director of a manufacturing company my work has enabled the employment of well over 20 people. Probably wages of over 2.5 mil...lion $’s AND YET due to domestic violence I am homeless and destitute. Left in Legal limbo by COVID-19 Centrelink do not pay a Crisis payment unless you’re already receiving Centrelink payment and claim keeps on being refused because my access to my own financial information is denied to me by the perpetrators of domestic financial abuse. The Salvos just asked me if I want a Xmas Hamper

16.01.2022 https://www.paypal.me/HawthornRSL?locale.x=en_AU Bank Account EFT Hawthorn RSL Inc BSB: 733050 ACC: 571192 Operation Veteran Assist is a veteran-led response t...o the bushfires that have ravaged Australia over the 2019/2020 summer. Veterans are a natural fit to lead disaster response operations and are experienced, comfortable with and very used to dealing with adversity. Veterans are natural leaders in the community and are trained to operate in this type of disaster. The initial response will be into East Gippsland where the Royal Australian Navy is engaged evacuating civilians, the Royal Australian Air Force is dropping supplies to impacted communities and the Australian Army is supporting local authorities with a suite of capabilities. Operation Veteran Assist relies on the generosity of veterans and their families for funding this operation. Funding requirements are used for costs of chainsaw maintenance such as fuel, chains and oil, and veterans requirements of food, water and supplies enabling support to the veterans and their families impacted in these devastating fires. Donations to Operation Veteran Assist are via the Hawthorn RSL Sub-Branch who have generously provided Operation Veteran Assist with a $750 donation. 100% of donations are spent on veterans, veteran families, in communities impacted by these bushfires. The link to their donation page (PayPal enabled and secured) is here and we ask that you add the note - OpVetAssist - so that your donation can be accurately and correctly accounted for. We thank you for any support that you may be able to provide Operation Veteran Assist. Hawthorn RSL Inc BSB: 733050 ACC: 571192

13.01.2022 Sad days indeed my heart ripped out with the auctioning of Victoria Place.

10.01.2022 My first claim with Centrelink was in August 2019 after I was locked out and access to our company bank accounts, email and phone was denied me. My company vehi...cle was taken in the middle of the night whilst I was on a work-related activity in Western Victoria. My laptops and working documents, and personal items were taken away. After the police applied for an FVIO there were 14 magistrates hearings. both in Bairnsdale and in Stawell. The hearing where a magistrate would actually hear the case was rescheduled and in September the matter was struck out. I managed to survive with the kindness of strangers. Centrelink have classed me as Vulnerable. Yet they keep insisting that I supply company financial information to which my access is denied. I went to Melbourne for work. Then I get arrested for allegedly breaching a PSIO. I lose the job. I make another claim and still, they cannot give me a payment. The Salvos give me food. Meanwhile, all my assets are stripped away. And the persecution continues more magistrates hearings to come. All the while my assets are enjoyed by others. The world is not what I thought it to be. Centrelink, the police and the magistrates court carry out the abuse further traumatising. Your claim for JobSeeker Payment was successful y submitted. Your claim is in progress. You can withdraw your claim at any time. Sorry we are taking longer than expected to process your claim. We are working hard to complete your claim as soon as possible. You do not need to contact us, you will be advised when we have made a decision.
