23.01.2022 Today was a great day for fly fishing at Fish Rock. David Prestwich landed a 90cm fish after a long fight. It's a good thing too he's much more photogenic than the old hairy gut in the cap.

15.01.2022 Winter Dollies on Fly, The FAD was ours to fish alone and there were plenty of Mahi Mahi but with a building south westerly we left to find calmer water. Dave got his first Taylor and Dart on fly. Then we were able to have a beer on tap at the riverside Tavern, my first since March. Wonderful way to wrap up the long weekend.

08.01.2022 My resident Ornithologist Michael Jenny Ryan tells me the weird growth on the beak helps filter salt water to allow the birds to hydrate at sea. How amazing.
