It was a beautiful crispy early morning when I nervously drove down to Royal National Park and assembled my second ever wedding cake (and thankfully there were no casualties!) 12.01.2022 Safely delivered and assembled (although with a bit of a lean - I hope it stayed standing!) My third wedding cake - gluten-free chocolate filled with chocolate ganache. Gingerbread topper made by a friend of the bride's, and succulents and florals supplied by the wedding florist.

11.01.2022 I was so honoured to make macarons for Tony & Steph's wedding #stonywedding They were one of many couples in Australia who had to postpone their wedding due to covid-19 (original date March 2020) To illustrate what a covid-19 era wedding is like: The stunning venue Jasper's at Berry performed temperature checks on everyone in their vehicles as we arrived in the driveway. We were then required to do the QR code sign in to the venue. There was lots of hand sanitiser available ...and many seating areas around the estate to make social distancing easy. Housekeeping announcements by the marriage celebrant included refraining from shaking hands, kissing, hugging etc. Dance floor reserved only for bride and groom, and photobooth was by table appointment with 1.5m distancing in the queue. We each had individual serving tongs so we weren't sharing serving utensils. See more
