22.01.2022 The big job is complete! I have finally finished rescheduling and booking everyone on the lists. It has been so nice to here from everyone and I just want to thank you all for your patience and support during this lockdown, It really does mean a lot and really shows how lucky I am to have such amazing supportive clients. I have really enjoyed my time in lockdown, enjoying the time with my kiddies and embracing the new way of living. But I must get back to it and now take care of all your furkids. Both myself and team will see you all soon

20.01.2022 28th is our day! We can reopen!! I will confirm everyone’s appointments next week, I need to finalise a few things over weekend first before I allocate days/times. 12.01.2022 Another 2 weeks of lockdown for us I will be in contact with everyone that is booked in for the extra two weeks as from tomorrow (Monday) to let you know your appointment has been put on hold. Those customers with existing appointments from the 8 weeks of lockdown will be on our waitlist first, going backwards from week to week they were booked in. Then moving onto our list of people that have requested appointments.... I will be opening 7 days a week and extending hours so that we can offer more appts and hopefully get through the back log faster I please ask for everyone to be patient, this is a stressful time for everyone. If your dog cannot wait for welfare reasons eg:severe matting please contact your local vet. Otherwise if you feel comfortable and want to have a go at clipping yourself I am here to answer any questions Please stick by us as we try to accomodate everyone. 10.01.2022 UPDATE You have not been forgotten!! Anyone that had appointments booked from 06/08 to 27/09 you are on my priority list, then anyone on the wait list you are next in line.... We have been given the date of the 28th to reopen, BUT this is provided Victoria case numbers meet criteria. So in saying that I'm holding off on confirming your new booking date/times until next week when this is more clear, as I don't want to have to double handle all the appointment as its already so time consuming. Holding off for the extra week will not effect your new appt in anyway. A grey area that I have looked into is the 5km radius, It’s very clear on the road-map page that 5km applies until 26th October or step 3. Whichever comes first. So if you know you are outside this radius and waiting on an appt please contact me to discuss.
