22.01.2022 Russell Falls Track gets a new bridge Bridges are beautiful things and the latest addition to the stable of Parks bridges has just been installed on the Russell... Falls Track at Mount Field National Park. It’s an elegant structure that looks very much at home among the majestic tall trees at Mount Field. The works crew are very happy with the progress of the $300,000 upgrade, reporting that with the milestone of the bridge installation, it’s now about half-way complete. This first stage involves construction of a new 210 metre section of walking track (and bridge) that will allow walkers to Russell Falls to do a full circuit without the need to backtrack on the existing track.
