01.01.2022 Did you know that bees can keep the honey in the hive at about 37 degrees Celsius? At that temperature the honey flows nicely, but when it gets colder it gets a thicker consistency. In the colder months you may find your honey is quite thick and flows out of the bottle slowly. For ease of use, we recommend storing your bottles on their head, just make sure you have the lid secured. If you find your honey has hardened (which is called crystalisation), you can find tips on our website, or send us an email for more information on how to get it back to a liquid state.
