While chocolate is delicious, it is no-where near as nutritious as a plate of colourful fruits and berries that are full of fibre, vitamins, and minerals. Add some fun to them by making fruit kebabs or get fancy with them on a plate like in the picture. It's a great way to encourage the family to eat more fruit!

Find somewhere comfortable to sit, take a deep breath in through your nose and focus on the breath as you release it.
