21.01.2022 Taking a break during training with Nagato Sensei, the new Soke of Shinden Fudo Ryu, the title he officially received from Hatsumi Sensei. As of now his training schedule remains unchanged...

14.01.2022 I’m getting quite a few messages with questions regarding a recent announcement regarding Soke and Gyokko Ryu. Sensei mentioned this to me during a phone call... I had with him a couple weekends ago. It is true. What this means for the future of the Bujinkan I don’t know. Our responsibility is to keep training while these processes unfold. Interestingly, our training group just finished going through Gyokko Ryu from start to finish. I feel privileged to have been taught the school by Sensei.

13.01.2022 We've got some exciting times coming up and looking to start in a new venue soon. Watch this space! In the mean time - Saturday 12th September at Jamison park proposed. Can people please advise below if you will attend.

09.01.2022 November 2 and 3 I'll be attending this training seminar in sydney city. Recommended that you do the same :) Note that no training on the sunday in penrith.

03.01.2022 We discussed mutodori at training tonight. In my usual way, I talked a lot but it's because words don't fill the gap between the feeling and the visual. Mutodori - instead of being ways to capture when you have no sword think of it as capture the sword with the nothing. If you have to avoid the sword it leaves openings.
