09.01.2022 Australasian Show Horse and Rider Championships date and judges announcement. On behalf of The Australasian Show Horse and Rider Championships Organising Commit...tee, Equestrian Australia is pleased to announce the date and judges for the 2017 Championships. The Championships will be held from 30th November - 2nd December 2017 at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre in Victoria. The appointed judges are as follows: OPEN CLASSES - Emma Schaaf (Dunn) South Australia" - Fiona Bracken Victoria" - Joanne Prestwidge New South Wales" - Amanda Snelling " Queensland" CHILDREN'S CLASSES - Sue Quarrell Tasmania" - Maryanne Bulpitt New South Wales" - Margaret Thwaites Western Australia" These judges have been randomly selected by Equestrian Australia National office. These judges also meet the EA National Show Horse Rule eligibility criteria.

She began her successful career in the show horse arena before makin...g her mark in the dressage world. Maree is now the Managing Director at Tomkinson Group Dressage, which is a world class dressage training and agistment facility, north of Melbourne CBD. Maree has represented Australia at the World Young Horse Championships, and WEG Normandy 2014. Maree is now one of the most well-known and respected instructors in Australia. https://youtu.be/862dhSEYLr4 Anne Hall: Anne Hall is a NCAS /EA Coach (since 1982) and Coach Educator with many years of experience at coaching at the Showhorse Clinics. She recently retired as an EA Dressage Judge, Judge Mentor, and Show Horse Judge(highlights included judging at HOTY). Anne has been a recipient of the Australian Sports Commission Leadership for Women in Sport award and has twice been Coach for Young Ambassador of the Year (Showhorse). At her home Sandford Lodge in Kyneton, Anne continues to nurture many young riders and young horses for success.
