After the performance, Leland and I spoke at length, over a beer (or two) about Woolloomooloo, home to ou...r beloved pub theatre. As property developers lurk and tenancy agreements expire, re-development and gentrification threatens to swallow the suburb of Woollomooloo whole. Our city is changing and with that change stories are being marginalised and forgotten. WRECKING is an important and impressive work that we are very proud to have programmed at The Old Fitzroy Theatre and we'd encourage you to get along and see it."
