He took the time to explain the situation and the best way to have the leak rectified. He inspected and advised on the downstairs shower as well. The person who did the job was fantastic. As a Property Manager I had a lot of questions about what he was doing and he explained the whole process to me. I inspected the final work and the Job was completed to an excellent standard.
