Being a long-standing doctors only clinic is a unique offering for potential clients and customers that want a reputable physician treating their ageing concerns. They are leaders in the industry of cosmetic medicine and their digital presence needed to reflect this. Problem ... Old school branding and zero social media presence. Solution Rebranding. We created a new logo and colours. Building a solid brand online but adhering to strict medical regulations. Video content to show the personalities, hear first-hand from the professionals and see the results of their quality work. Refresh of the clinic photos and staff images. The clinic had had a makeover and the photos needed to reflect that. Their qualified doctors are the core of their business, so bringing their profiles, styled creatively by Show Off to reflect the brand was key. Influencer outreach to increase awareness. New website using our video and photo content and fresh new brand aesthetic.

The average caption length has more than doubled since 2016, according to research by Fohr. What do you prefer to read on the 'gram? Short caption vs. long caption? For me, I've found that when I share quite a bit more personal/relational content, I get more likes and comments. It's trickier to get the same volume of responses to more business-related/promotional type of posts!
