25.01.2022 CHECK YOUR INSURANCE POLICIES!! A good customer of ours didnt know that when she renewed her insurance policy she no longer had choice of repairer, they wanted her to take her car to a panel shop over 25kms from her residence, after talking with her Insurance company she got a cash settlement which allowed her to bring the vehicle to Showroom Finish Check your policies and make sure you have choice of repairer!!

21.01.2022 I cant stress this enough, CHECK YOUR INSURANCE POLICYS!! Unfortunately a good customer of ours did not have choice of repairer in her policy and this is the result of a poorly repaired mazda. Take a look at the dodgy colour match and blend underneath the mirror and the colour difference between the two panels. The vehicle is here to be rectified and bring to an acceptable repair standard. Repairs done by insurance company owned shops are fixed to a set price, NOT to a facto...ry quality. Not only will this leave you angry and frustrated but this will devalue your vehicle extensively when you re sell. Please check your policy and if you have any questions give showroom finish smash repairs a call for any and all advice. I will also be offering FREE post repair inspections if you have any concerns about how your vehicle has been repaired.

We will be continuing to support our customers who are essential workers (I.e with a valid work permit who have been involved in an accident. Unfortunately we are unable to help our customers who have damage not deemed to be un-road worthy or urgent, such as cosmetic scratches or dent removal. We have our tow truck service available for pick up and delivery for contactless service We thank you for your on going support, stay safe.
