20.01.2022 Here’s the latest on the new Covid Marshal requirements for South Australia. - while technically smaller film shoots may not require a dedicated marshal - we would recommend that due to film sets being so introduced equipment ‘heavy’ that you appoint or engage one for your shoot - Showsafe SA can help with that.

14.01.2022 AND WE ARE BACK -FIRST SA PRO SHOOT UNDER NEW COVID MARSHAL RULES! Day 1 - Hendon Studios How we love this business... just did the online COVID-19 Marshal training for SA and that evening - BANG - a COVID-19 safety gig - at our old Hendon Stomping ground... - National Geographic 3 country production of the Thai Cave Rescue.

10.01.2022 Life has just come full circle - Safety Officer on a TVC for ZOOM Film & TV at Adelaide University. Dea Vu much?

08.01.2022 SOUTH AUSTRALIA NEWS ***** LOCKDOWN******* Taken from currently running press conference @ 1pm ACST... ALL SA - STAY AT HOME FOR THE NEXT 6 DAYS! IF YOU HAVE TO GO OUT BE MASKED! CLOSURES 1. All businesses including takeaway, hairdressers, all trade/building sites - basically EVERYTHING to close ASAP. 2. Supermarkets to remain open for essential purchases only 3. No takeaway deliveries - that’s pizza bars, Uber Eats etc. 4. No exercise outside the home. PERMITTED 1. 1 person per household can go to the local supermarket for essentials - THAT’S IT WHY - BECAUSE THIS STRAIN HAS A 3 DAY INCUBATION PERIOD AND IF WE DO THIS NOW THEN IN 6 DAYS 2 CYCLES WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AND WE CAN BURN IT OUT This is the last chance for a halfway normal Christmas so please people - let’s get it done

06.01.2022 Photobombed by a fly at the end and hot from Chalky’s & Bouncers kitchen - OUR NEW INITIATIVE - Please help us help SAPPHIRE!

05.01.2022 And just like that - DAY 3 and it’s done! It was a true honour to meet Dr Richard "Harry" Harris - South Australian and Australian of the Year. This humble man, the Adelaide anaesthesiologist devised and executed the medical arm of saving 12 kids and their soccer coach trapped in an underground flooded cave tomb in Thailand in 2018. ... 6 hours of the most uplifting and harrowing story in interview format for a new Nat. Geographic film about the Thai Cave Rescue due for release in mid 2021. Showsafe SA’s own Maris - the Norse God (as he has been dubbed) made sure the crew in Adelaide were COVID-19 safe while Directors and Producers ran the shoot from Lockdowns in New York and London. WHAT A 72 HOURS - WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!

04.01.2022 It has come to our attention that some local authorities are asking RSL’s to PAY for Traffic and Safety plans for Anzac Day Marches! I want this ON RECORD... if ANY March in and around ADELAIDE is asked to pay this INSULT then I, as a fully qualified safety officer, will gladly draft ANY event plans asked for on Anzac Day Events - FOR FREE! This country gave my refugee parents a home and a safe place for me to grow and it would be MY HONOUR to do this small thing for those who risked and still risk their lives to defend her! Maris Caune - Showsafe SA

03.01.2022 For all who wish to attend
