If you’ve constantly been treating your body like trash , have a weak immune system and are constantly getting sick... 16.01.2022 Hello everyone, Unfortunately I have to announce my resignation from Plus Fitness Byford. Due to the COVID-19 situation I’ve had to look for work else where to keep money coming in. I’ll be working FIFO on a mine site as of Tuesday. ... I still have a positive relationship with Plus Fitness Byford and I’m only leaving due to coronavirus causing this financial situation. I’m still heavily into fitness and will be continuing my online personal training in the foreseeable future. Just want to say goodbye and thank all the clients & members that I have worked with over the past 4 years. You will most probably still see me around the gym while I’m on my week off doing my own workouts so come say hi Thanks Shaun
