22.01.2022 We wanted to share Shanee’s incredible 6 week Road to Summer Shred transformation. She lost 4 kgs in that period even though she a few challenges along the way. She stuck to the eating plan created by Ansthetics ICN PRO, was consistent with her training at our sessions and the gym. We are very proud of what she has been able to do in such a short period of time. This is only the beginning as we have some big plans in 2021 for her. 20.01.2022 We have another incredible road to summer shred transformation coming your way. It’s pretty incredible what you can do in 12 weeks. During this 3 month challenge our client lost an amazing 8kgs. He did this with a heavy work load which meant he had to travel interstate for work. 17.01.2022 WE ARE COMING BACK We are proud to announce that we will be coming back from the 7th of July to recommence our usual sessions on Tuesday and Thursday’s. We will be adding additional measures to ensure that we are COVID safe for our members. These include a hygiene station with hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for you to use. We will be spacing out our exercise equipment to ensure social distancing of 1.5m is always implemented. There will be more thorough cleaning of our studio and equipment before and after sessions. We want to thank you for your patience throughout this period and are super excited to have you all back after almost 3 months off. There will be more information coming as we get closer to our reopening. The winter shred is coming and we cannot wait to help get you in shape for the rest of 2020 #ShredLivin

We will be sharing workouts you can do from home using everyday items. We will posting every few days to still help you reach health and fitness goals Today’s full body workout is presented to you by Ansthetics where he uses a travel bag to use as resistance. Please feel free add clothes or anything else in the bag to make ...it more challenging. You can substitute dumbbells, kettlebells or barbells if you do own them. 10 x thrusters 10 x dead lifts 10 x squats 10 x push ups 10 x lunges (Each leg) 10 x chair dips Rest for 2 minutes after completing all exercises. Repeat for 6-8 rounds depending your fitness levels. 09.01.2022 Another Road to Summer Shred transformation to wrap up the year. This one is for Scott where Ansthetics ICN PRO put on a lean bulk strategy which started in May. Our focus was to slowly add lean muscle mass while losing body fat. The overall result was that he lost 9 kgs of mostly body fat during that time. But more importantly he added some muscle mass to his frame and is now in his best shape of his life. We are super proud of his achievement for the year of 2020 and have big plans for next year. 01.01.2022 Congratulations to Richard on completing his 12 week Road to Summer Shred transformation. He actually started the challenge a few weeks after it officially started so he finished it during the week of Christmas which is a massive achievement in itself. His goal was to gain 5kgs and put some lean muscle mass to his frame. Incredibly! We were able to get him from 55kgs to 60.6kgs in 3 months but he also lost some body fat during the process. We are super proud of these results and we know it is only a stepping stone for an amazing 2020 for @mr.richiiee.
