18.01.2022 Shred Shed group training schedule: Monday 6:30pm Tuesday 5:30 & 6:30pm Wednesday 6:30pm... Thursday 5:30 & 6:30pm Friday 5:00pm Saturday 8:00am Casual rate is $10 per session or 5 for $40. Please book in advance. Sessions will require a minimum of 2 people to run. All training is tailored to the individual to take injuries/limitations into consideration.

All figures are based on the 5 people who completed the October/November 6 week challenge in its entirety. Challenge 3 Results:... Total kg's lost: 18.7 (maximum 5.6kg, minimum 2.3kg) Average kg's lost: 3.74 Median kg's lost: 3.7 Total body fat lost (using scale measurement only): 16.1% (max 7, min 0.2) Average bf% lost: 3.22 Median bf% lost: 2 Total cm's lost: 68.5 (max 37, min 1) Average cm's lost: 13.7 Median cm's lost: 10 All 5 people blew away their initial fitness test results. Overall fitness test improvement (combined for all 5): 35 (max 9, min 5) Average fitness test improvement: 7 Median fitness test improvement: 8

10.01.2022 My favourite Shred Shed transformation yet; this is my little sister Karly. After nagging for ages I finally convinced her to come to a session in July 2015. The pic on the left is from her very first session. 6 months on and she is nearly 25kgs lighter, a whole lot healthier and has had a huge boost in self esteem. Pretty bloody proud big bro right here, well done Karls.
